OVEN ROASTED LEMON PEPPER CHICKEN #lemonpapper #dinner

Broiler Roasted Lemon Pepper Chicken is so natural to make and stuffed with heavenly lemon pepper season! These chicken thighs leave the stove with a fresh outside and delicious focus!

Since everybody is totally cherishing my formula for Crispy Baked Chicken Thighs and how to make them in the broiler, I thought it was the ideal opportunity for another incredible chicken thigh formula!

I went over the fundamentals on the most proficient method to make the ideal broiler heated chicken thighs in that past post, in any case, for those of you who haven't seen it, we will cover it once more!

Ingredients :
  • 2.5 Pounds Chicken Thighs or Chicken Breasts
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Pepper Seasoning
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Paprika

Instructions :
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with foil and set aside.
  2. Pat the chicken dry with paper towels and place on the baking sheet.
  3. Whisk together the olive oil and lemon juice in a small bowl.
  4. Drizzle the olive oil mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken, rubbing to coat well.
  5. In another small bowl stir together the lemon pepper seasoning, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and paprika.
  6. Sprinkle the spices evenly over the chicken.
  7. Bake in preheated oven for 35-45 minutes, until the chicken has reached an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
