PALEO SWEET POTATO CHILI #diet #paleo

Entertain yourself with a bowl of Paleo Sweet Potato Chili that is hot and loaded with meat. It's thick, rich and somewhat sweet while being without grain, sugar free and dairy free.

Nothing says "fall" like a bowl of stew. It hasn't generally been like this for me. When I was more youthful, I was never a stew sweetheart. I recall my mother making a pot of stew and making a little pot of a similar stew without beans for us kids. Bean stew was average. Stew with beans was not decent.

Times have unquestionably changed. I'd make a major pot of bean stew to eat on consistently on the off chance that it were up to me. What made me experience passionate feelings for? Our most loved sweet and fiery bean stew formula that you can discover here. It's thick. It's substantial. It's loaded with beans and tomatoes. Also, it's somewhat sweet. I adore my bean stew only a tiny bit sweet.

  • dash of oregano
  • dash of red pepper flakes

Instructions :
  1. In a large saucepan, brown hamburger, onions and garlic. Drain off the fat.

  3. Remove and discard the bay leaves. Then serve!
  4. Slow Cooker Option: Instead of simmering the chili on the stove, you can brown the ground beef, drain off the fat and place it into the slow cooker. Add the other ingredients and let it simmer on low all day (6-8 hours on high for 4-5 hours).
