Limoncello Vodka Cooler. Sweet Limoncello, a hit of vodka and loads of ice make this the ideal summer cooler for those sweltering summer days and evenings.
Yahoo!! Its the end of the week! We're assume to have downpour all end of the week however the meteorologist is by all accounts wrong ALOT of late!! So fingers crossed he is this end of the week to. What's more, I plan on drinking a couple of these Limoncello Vodka Coolers which would make the day bright in any case!!
Limoncello is a lemon alcohol made in southern Italy. It's lemony and sweet and can without much of a stretch be tasted alone. I happen to adore iridescent glass and most Limoncello arrives in an off-white glass bottle which obviously adds to the intrigue. I needed a mixed drink that wasn't excessively sweet so in with the Vodka. The two together are brilliant, reviving and that shading please!!

- 2.5 oz. (1/3 cup) Limoncello
- 2.5 oz. (1/3 cup) Vodka
- Ice
- Lemon for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
- Fill glass to the very top with ice.
- In a cocktail shaker add the Limoncello and Vodka, shake to mix.
- Pour into glass.
- Garnish (optional).
