Ingredients :

  • 12 oz Green Giant Zucchini Spirals
  • 1 C. heavy cream or 1/2 & 1/2 creamer
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 3/4 C. Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp. minced garlic
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions :

  1. Prepare the Green Giant Zucchini Spirals according to the package directions.
  2. Add the cream, minced garlic and butter to a medium saucepan.
  3. Heat on medium heat, stirring every few minutes.
  4. Once the mixture is heated (not boiling) add in the Parmesan cheese, stirring continuously.
  5. *If the alfredo isn't as thick as you would like add more Parmesan cheese a little bit a time until the mixture thickens.
