- 1 cucumber
- Ice cubes
- 2 sprigs mint leaves (stems removed)
- 1 lime
- 1 bottle club soda / seltzer / water (33.8 fl oz/1 liter)
Instructions :
- Using a mandolin, shave cucumber into long thin strips.
