My first involvement with stunning mitigating juice was at Beaming, a neighborhood plant based juice bar and bistro. I truly chugged the stuff in less than 5 minutes.

I contemplated internally, man this is AMAZING! In any case, my wallet can't continue that sort of fixation long, so obviously I needed to make it at home. It's so ideal for quite a long time like today when I need a little kick in my over salted collapse process. However, I can drink this whenever and be very upbeat.

My Hurom juicer is what is known as a moderate juicer, which basically implies it holds a greater amount of the supplements that whatever you squeeze is loaded with. So when I make my calming juice, I realize I am getting the same number of the supplements as I can, much the same as I would with hand squeezing.

Ingredients :
  • 2 cups pineapple pieces
  • 1 cup cucumber pieces
  • Juice of 1 lime about 1 tablespoon
  • 1 jalapeno deseeded
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves packed plus more for garnish

Instructions :
  1. Wash and cut fruit and veggies. Remove the seeds from the jalapeƱo.
  2. Using juicer, juice each ingredient. It’s best to add the mint leaves in the middle of juicing so that the juicier ingredients will help push them through. I start with half of the pineapple, then do the cucumber, then the mint, then the jalapeno, then the lime and lastly the rest of the pineapple.
  3. Serve over ice with extra mint as garnish.
